  • May 15, 2013 – The City of Chicago has sent a letter to annuitants regarding their retiree health care plan.  Please read this letter carefully if you currently participate in this program and if you are considering retiring and utilizing this program. Please note the highlighted area regarding the expiration of the pension fund subsidy.  This could affect your premium rate beginning in July 2013.   May 15, 2013
