How to File a Freedom of Information Act Request with the Municipal Employees’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago

Please make your request in writing. The MEABF does not require the completion of a standard form for this purpose. The MEABF requests that you indicate whether your request is for commercial purposes and will contact the sender if this intent is not clearly stated.
