Emergency Procurement for Full-Service Investment Consulting

An emergency procurement for investment consulting services was authorized by MEABF's Executive Director on March 28, 2013. MEABF entered into agreement on that date with Marquette Associates whereby Marquette Associates will provide investment consulting services on a month-to-month basis until the earlier to occur of (I) the completion of the Fund's competitive response process for investment consultant services or (ii) June 30, 2013.
