Electronic FOIA Request

FOIA REQUEST
This information is needed so the agency knows where to send the response to your FOIA request. Please note that not all of these fields are required.
In order for us to communicate with you about your request, you must provide at least one form of contact information.
The description of the records you are requesting is important. The scope of your request can impact how quickly MEABF can respond to your request. Your description should be as clear and specific as possible and must give MEABF FOIA personnel enough detail so that they are able to reasonably determine exactly which records are being requested and where to locate them.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the records you are seeking. Remember, the Freedom of Information Act is designed to allow you to inspect or receive copies of records. It is not designed to require a public body to answer questions. To the extent that you wish to ask questions of a representative, you may call the Fund offices and ask to speak to a representative.
